Is Levonelle® One Step suitable for me?
The vast majority of women can take Levonelle® One Step (a morning after pill) without any problem. There are few side effects and there is no evidence of any long-term impact on your health or your future fertility. If you are over sixteen, you can buy Levonelle® One Step over the counter at most pharmacies throughout the UK.
However, a few medications can interact with any emergency contraceptive pill, and make them less effective. And there are some medical conditions that may mean Levonelle® One Step is not suitable for you.
