If you've had unprotected sex and you're worried about getting pregnant or any other aspect of what has happened, you are not alone. You can ring any of these free confidential helplines below to discuss emergency contraception where to buy it, when to take it and how to find help near where you live.
If you're worried about sexually transmitted infections you can also ask about where to go for a check up. You do not have to give your name or your address.
